Since 2009, the state-run Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences has been offering an innovative range of courses with a focus on engineering, natural sciences, computer science and business. With over 6,000 students in 14 Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes, the university focuses on interdisciplinary orientation, market orientation, high practical relevance and future-oriented research. At its locations in Hamm and Lippstadt, the university has state-of-the-art buildings with around 15,000 square metres of laboratory space. Several degree programmes also focus on IT security with modern security engineering in order to establish sustainable safety and security in intelligent systems.
